Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The location was excellent! Staff was warm and welcoming. Rooms appear modern and stylish, offering a cozy ambiance. Breakfast choices were plentiful, contributing to a satisfying start to the day!

The parking garage felt a bit unsafe and needed better upkeep. Cleanliness was lacking, with reports of bugs and dust in rooms, causing concerns for allergy sufferers. It truly diminished the overall comfort!

Navigating the confusing parking garage was frustrating!!! Maintenance issues like the broken handicap doors and unpleasant cleanliness in common areas should definitely be addressed!!!

A surprise with the staff's kindness

The staff's thoughtfulness amazed me, especially when a housekeeper brought my forgotten glasses down. The atmosphere was relaxed as we enjoyed live music in the bar.

However, I found the dining options at the attached pub disappointing. There was a separate deposit required for incidentals, which was inconvenient during my stay.

The stay was enjoyable, particularly thanks to the welcoming staff who went out of their way to assist with my bags and provide helpful local recommendations. The atmosphere at the new bar & restaurant was impressive, with seasonal dishes that enhanced the overall experience. However, the parking garage could use more attention, as it was quite dirty, and the front desk could have been more responsive during busy times.

Had a lovely night here! The location is fab. My room with a sofa bed was super spacious and comfy. The staff were so warm and helpful—shoutout to the housekeeper who saved my glasses! The live band in the bar was a nice touch, made for a chill evening. Just wish the towels were refreshed a bit easier.

The indoor heated pool was my favorite! It was perfect for the kids. The only downside was the confusing parking garage, but overall, a great stay! 😊

This place suits me perfectly! With excellent amenities like a fitness center, indoor heated pool, and 24-hour reception, I feel well taken care of. The staff were super helpful to my elderly parents during my first stay. Highly recommend it!
